Whereas we can all sit in our armchairs and ridicule Nigel and his staff on their transfer dealings, tactics and team selection, we have to realize that they are experienced people and have inside information that we are not privy to. We can criticise the signings of McKenna and Adebola as being 'never-was'-'has-beens' but we have to give them a chance and reserve our opinions until half a dozen games in. Only then can we say "I told you so" or bow to Nigel's experience and eat a large share of humble pie.
I personally cannot see us setting the league on fire next season but will be ecstatic if we do and will gladly stick my didgeridoo up my @rse if Simpson scores 15 goals.
We will have to wait and see before making a judgement so have a little patience.
