    Why Lescott?

But if your point is that serious loans of serious players is our only hope now, I'd completely agree.

A half-season loan to struggling Rangers under 'Arry Redknapp, would be an attractive prospect for prem squad players - if only for a welcome chance to improve their personal stock.

At first I thought you had totally lost it 1954. But after seeing him dropped for Nastacic today, and not coming on when Kompany went of injured. It now seems he's only fourth choice CB at City, and if they go shopping for a new CB in January they might look to offload. Will cost a ****load in wages but is excactly what we need at the back.

I suppose Lescott has heard that we might be getting some new faces in January and registered an interest for one if its going spare. Tevez will be next.

Honestly can't see what you see in him I think he is one of the most overrated players in the country, wouldn't touch him with an extended barge pole!!!!???

Good to hear I am not alone ;) But i honestly believe he isn't much better than Hill or Nelsen and for that reason I would not replace them with him. I do however like the look of Sean Morrison who plays for Reading and would much rather have him for a fraction of the price.
