The guy is top development bod and Cortese's main advisor on matters football. The guy deserves a lot of credit for his hard work behind the scenes. Just thought I'd give the guy due recognition for what he does.

We've seen some of the terrible decisions chairmen and managers make under pressure and I think it's really beneficial to have the extra football brain in there.
