Chetser is an excellent defender now, just think what he'll be like with a few seasons under his belt. Hopefully he will be with us in the Premier league, but he's gonna end up there with or without us.
his height will put off most PL teams sniffing around i think. but i wouldnt bet against some of the lower prem teams going in for him. still, we arnt in any debt and we can hold on to him until a decent offer comes in, then let the lad go if he wanted to.
It was nice hearing a bit of informed punditry about us on national tv and yeah the height issue is a non issue, as has been proved thoughout numerous games this and last season.
I commented on the other thread that was similar to this last night, Rosies dad spoke a lot of sense.
i much prefer him on there then claridge, at least he doesnt look down at his sheet of paper every 3 words...
I always used to think he sounded like that guy off 'On the Buses' but he's toned down his stupid voice recently.
