Is he back? If not does anyone know when he is back, heard somewhere that he might play a part in the match against some team I have never heard of at the weekend, doubt it's true but with vargas out and Nico (IMO) not being the answer we could really do with him

That sounds good if true. He's been consistently good this season IMO (even if his tracking back isn't always 100%) and his comments recently suggest he's desperate to get involved.

We need him back asap. Doubt he will even make the bench Sunday. We will need him for the final 5 fixtures starting against West Ham on 25th April.

Think the stage is set for him to make a big return, although we are scoring now, but could make one hell of a difference

He was the one finding his scoring boots before his injury, so it could be tasty if he comes back.

I can't remember the exact words but, about a week ago, Ramsey said Fer and Dunne would be ready in a couple of weeks. Dunne has subsequently played almost an entire match for the U21's. So I doubt Fer would be ready for Chelsea but he must be ready for the following week. Whilst he didn't track back as much as I would have liked when played (by Harry) out of position on the wing, he was outstanding when CR put him in his proper position in the middle.

Could be that. And also it could be that Ramsey's handling of him got more out of him than Harry.

He really could be the difference between staying up and going down. Out team look like they can some results, his addition would be a huge benefit.

He's a better player than he's shown us this season. He had one good game at Sunderland, getting injured in the process. It won't be like we're getting Maradona at his peak for a few games.

Fer is not the answer vs Chelscum....we need 110% fit players, there will be a lot of tracking back and harrying....He is much better suited to play vs WSpam.

Dunne will be on the bench I am sure on Sunday....we were short in that position vs Villa.

I cannot see further than the team vs Villa for Sunday I am afraid...

Who wasn't fit for the bench on Monday, who didn't play in the u21 match.

I am fitter than he is...and I have an absolute stinker of a cold and I am over 60 and a girl!

You're on the bench then! Vernon.

He had a very decenr 10 minutes as sub what 2 weeks ago, and his talents are what we need more than anything else we have in our squad. But it was just a hopeful question really. I'll limit my hopes to him being flit enough to come on near the end again and create something for us to convert us desperately hanging on for a point, into a late and lucky win. He can still do that I think.
