    I had to laugh yesterday's tweet from Aston Villa Official, which despite it's name, is a spoof account, it said, "Reports that Lambert has been sacked are incorrect. We're standing by the useless ****wit!"

    Meanwhile, Randy Lerner has BACKED HIM!

    Big game for Pardew tomorrow night too, he's not exactly sure of being in a job at the end of the season after the dross we've had to put up with. Lost far too many winnable games.

    Hasn't Pardew got a long contract AB? How much would that cost to settle if he got the sack?

    From memory, whilst it was a very long contract, I think he only gets 1 years compo if they fire him. Smart move!
