    Some Leeds fan has posted that Leigh Bromby went to Celtic Park yesterday (I presume after playing for us at Motherwell) and suggests that he may have signed for Celtic.

    decent in that "Pub League"

    To be fair he will be down the pecking order behind Paddy, Lees, Bruce and Obrien.
    also get the feeling if we got some cash..then we would pick up a loan CB from the prem....(very Bates like)

    But for me..i thik he should have been given a go sooner last year and defo before Naylor and Collins.....

    lets see ..it maybe just another crappy rumour :)

    he's solid but not sensational. Wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

    i thought he did quite well and i for one was calling for him sooner, i wouldn't like him to go especially as he can play at RB as well

    he's pretty good, like I said he's solid. Consistent and reads the game well but he's never going to tear the league apart. He's not someone I'd offer another team on a plate, but if he were to go I wouldn't miss him either.

    At right back he can be a bit iffy, he's far better as a CB. he can be very hesitant going up the wing when he's at RB

    yea i agree but its still nice to have the option, as you said he's nothing special but not bad to have in your squad

    Bromby prefers CB, but apparently SG sees him as RB. Me, I'd like to see him play as DM. He then offers cover for our CBs, which might offer SG the opportunity to blood Lees knowing that he has protection & therefore time to grow into the role

    Looks like Glen Loovens is going back to Cardiff from Celtic, so Bromby could be used as cover in the centre half position, that is if he has joined them.

    Bromby's solid back-up at both CB and RB. He's clearly not going to Celtic anyway. Clivetime seems to decide anything can count as Grayson criticism. Remember when he decided Larry was "scared of quality players" <laugh>.
