Who's going? I'm very tempted but how much are the tickets? I'd ask what you think the team we'll play will be, but barring Oli's fitness i'm sure it's obvious Any Pearson team should be tough to score against as we well know, but surprisingly Leicester are still making defensive mistakes and conceding softly, could be another game for goal machine Faye to grab a goal if nobody picks him up properly from a set-piece, Konchesky likes to get forward which could leave nice gaps for Elmo to exploit on the counter, and with 4 defenders to leave behind him it wouldn't be much of a risk. They've won 3 out of 3 home games so far so it won't be easy, but that won't continue forever. I'd settle for a draw but I can really see us winning. I'll be confident if I hear Oli's fit, I've only been to 1 game so far due to work but I'm told he's been immense under Bruce. Side note - Another game for Bruce jnr to show a former club what he's capable of.................. My prediction: 2-2
£26 adult tickets. Ticket office say that More tickets sold to Hull City fans for the game than tuesday @ TWS. Surprise Surprise. Cannot wait for this game and so glad that Lesta won last night and Nigel Pearson will still be in charge. GAME ON. Same team i reckon with Paul McKenna on the bench in place of Devitt. Oli looks like missing out again due to injury. Am sticking with a Hull win. Score does not matter.
Any idea how many you've sold? I really don't know how this one will go. If we start like we did yesterday you could be a goal or so up by half time. If we play like we have for most of the season it'll be a close call. Can see it being exciting, end to end stuff. My head says 2-2 my, my heart says 3-1 to us. Can't wait.
Think well get a good thrashing 5-1 to Leicester. But having just won our first cup final in 25 years on Tuesday our lads will be full of confidence so I'll say well be giving Leicester the 5-1 anal intruding, sperm showered raping I predicted.
Over 2000 so far. We only sold 1700 approx for Leeds but you could pay on the night. The fact its all ticket only for Hull helps the sales But with it being a sunday will help those who work saturdays and i reckon this is the game the Hull fans cannot wait for either. 2500-3000 i would say. I do think it will be an end to end game and that suits us down to the ground. I just think that Hull will shade the game but a draw is not a disaster. Just hope someone can stick that Lesta drummer in a sound proof room for 2 hours.
I think at there ground a draw would be a great result, i went to Leeds and now tempted to go to Leicester, moneys the big factor but could survive on beans on toast for a couple of nights next week i supose
I'm going Though i have to admit, despite going home and away religiously a few years back i haven't been to an away game since we got stuffed 4-0 at Burnley first season back in this league. Positive thing is it was the last away defeat before our unbeaten run, so if we get stuffed on Sunday i promise to not go to another away game this season
I'll be there. Already in training..... If You Can't Get A Woman Get A Drum...... Leicester 1-3 City.
Well last time i went to Leicester away we won 0-1 and Bridges scored a belter. Here's hoping it is a blinding game anyway!
Don't go to Leicester people, their ground is an absolute dump and the worst I have ever been to, having been to Glanford Park and North Ferriby.
I'll be there - short hop for me on the Nottm - Leics train. Going on my own, so let me know if anyone is planning on a drink meet up location before the game.
I live about 2 mins from the King Power, so I'll be there. The ground isn't that bad and the stewards aren't half as bad as at other grounds. If any of you wish to drink in a friendly pub before the game, I suggest the Western on Western Road. It's a real ale pub, the Billy Bitter is particularly good (I racked it and tapped it, so it's going to be as good as it gets )
