OK, so Cov are in financial trouble at the mo' but that's temporary and only one division separates the two clubs. Let's look at the bigger picture....

Having NEVER won a proper trophy (League Cups don't count. Third rate; particularly in the last 20 years), will Leicester City ever emulate Cov's famous FA Cup win? Whatever the situation, Cov will always have a major trophy in their cabinet. The bitter blues at Leicester are still waiting.

Also, as a neutral and having visited both Leicester's KP Flat-Pack Stadium and Cov's Ricoh Arena, it is obvious that with its less formulaic design, steeper terracing and bigger capacity, the Ricoh is a far superior stadium. Only the most idiotic Leicester fan would deny the fact that the KP Flat-Pack - reflecting the city of Leicester generally - is one of the most characterless, dull, uninspiring stadiums in the country.

So, Leicester have an embarrassing absence of any major trophy, no history and an awful stadium.

It seems that given the huge amount of empty, sun-faded, sky blue seats for Leicester's home games last season, (the second season, incidentally, that moneybags Leicester were going to "walk it" <laugh> ), it seems this is the only way they can emulate their neighbours from down the M69.

Leicester City, the bitter blues. Cov wannbes? Absolutely. <ok>
