Vichai has cleared the debt That family have been nothing short of brilliant for our club. With the Cardiff and Hull owners doing what there doing how lucky are we
Does this include internal debt too? Norwich are debt free but only in an external sense, we still own money to some of the shareholders, should they call the debts back, although it is believed that will not happen.
We are completely debt free Owners have turned £103M debt into Equity. It makes life easier for us to pass FFP and obviously secures of future and once again reaffirms their commitment
Looks as though we are still making a loss finacially. http://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/F...s-huge-debts/story-20352762-detail/story.html But it looks as though what the owners have done will save a few million a year as to keep in the £8m limit next year. Can't imagine that we will be partaking in the January sales though, no point in clearing debt just to get back into it.
im really getting confused. The money has come from the owners not the club but i know we cant do that with transfers. Im confused.
Does this mean it´s going to be an interesting Jan transfer window for LCFC ? Barton gets sent off ? WTF ? never.
Allam is not a turd. He is just a deluded old **** who shows no respect to fans feelings and history. Plus his spat with the Council is ****ing embarasing. It is like kids in a playground.
Fabulous gesture by our owners - saving 6-7 million on interest per annum. That in itself would have tipped us over the FFP rulings (£8m) without the silly wages we are still paying. Will save a massive fine, which ultimately would have hit the owners bankroll - so makes fiscal sense.
Unlikely, we have Pearson as our manager you know! The owners basically said "its alight guys, these debts are on me" so now hes not asking for interest from the club for his cash, which will only benefit him if hes going to be at the helm for a long time
The win over QPR was great but this is so much more important. Fantastic Christmas present to the supporters.
