I think he's a really decent player, looks like he'd cut it in the PL. Age is the only real issue. Maybe we should stick a few derisory bids in just to bump Leicester's price up a bit?
Cant see how he is worth anything near 6-7 million. Speaking to a few Brighton supporting mates, they say he is good in the air, but not great with the ball at his feet.
Hes been like Zamora on a terrible day every time Ive seen him, he looks awful. Looks out of his depth in the champ, never mind the PL.
I have seen him a lot. Not particularly quick, especially in a short sprint, but great at getting his head to the ball and a cool finisher 1-on-1. Would do very well with a team who put quality balls into the box (not Brighton yet he still scored a fair few). Was out for a fair amount last season. Actually has quick feet, but as a lone striker/hold up player spent a lot of the latter part of the season looking for free kicks and moaning to the ref - first season was much more effective/stronger/fitter. Would be difficult to replace at £3m, but can't see Leicester paying £7m either.
