I see Cameron is clamping down those immigrants that come here to scrounge off the benefit system. A bit late to get this all in order by January 1st before the Romanians and Hungarians arrive en masse. I'm all for immigrants that are coming here already guaranteed work or self employment. Great workers. The twats in Europe are up in arms again though blaming Britain for all and sundry whilst most of the other member states take very few immigrants in.
Dont want any more, need to look after our own first, our schools, hospitals, homes are all in the dire, thats my take on it anyway x x
Cameron doesn't seem to understand that being part of the European Union means following all the rules & regulations of the organisation - not just the ones that you happen to like. Whether the United Kingdom should remain in the European Union is an entirely different matter.
Nice one Dave - Frogs, Krauts, Cloggies and, erm, Austrians are with you: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/u...ctions-at-eu-summit-in-lithuania-8967018.html
I think fans of English football clubs that disagree with the increased immigration of Romanians and Bulgarians because they're worried about having their identity crushed should start flying banners and singing songs about it at football matches - they could even throw their support behind a political party that agrees with them and who are allowed to partake in democratic elections. I wonder how they'd get on...............
OOPS While immigration is a major political controversy in Britain, the countryâs net inwards migration of less than 149,000 people was less than half of the immigrants entering Germany, 391,000 and in Italy, 369,000. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/wor...growing-faster-than-any-other-EU-country.html
Hungary have been a member of the EU since 2004. Hungarians are already able to come to Britain freely. On 1st January 2014, Romania and Bulgaria join the EU. There is an eastern European beggar I see about who doesn't wear shoes, but wraps a scarf around his feet. A wee old woman always sits at the Sellick shop on Argyll Street strumming away on a guitar mumbling nonsense. She blends in well to her surroundings.
