Leeds Vs Forrest

2nd thread in about 10 minutes but I'm bored waiting for us to KO.

Match of The Day live, Leeds V Forrest in a playoffs match, 4th v 6th with the winner taking 4th (temporarily at least).

Anyone supporting either team outright?

Anyone still feel any animosity towards the Florists for their piss-poor WUMs last season or are you starting to pity them like the lad who tries to hard to impress?

Anyone got score predictions?

I reckon it'll be a fairly uneventful match...Neither want to lose and the pressure of Live cameras could get to them: 1:1/2:1 to Leeds (who I'll be supporting).

 

Howay Leeds, I want them back in the Prem - if only for the easiest away game to go to!
I could walk there as I live over Armley/Wortley way so it's like a mile away to Beeston (the area Elland Road is in).

Dad's a Leeds fan. Would love them back in the Prem. Would make some interesting fixtures next season for me and my dad to go to!

I want Leeds and Norwich to be promoted. I wouldn't mind seeing Forest back as well (despite their bizarre fans). Having Leeds, Norwich and Forest in the Premier League in place of Wigan, Wolves and Birmingham would make the division more appealing in my opinion.

 

Elland Road wouldn't be a massive trip for me to be honest, only from Manc! A game my dad would be willing to go to. It's on the cards already!
Pitifully, Elland Road was the last football game I went to!! Leeds v Lincoln City start of the season in the cup. Watched the Imps get stuffed sat inside the cheese wedge, trying to restrain my dad from singing. It's been too long.

 

Took my mate along to the Newcastle v Leeds game in our Championship season hoping for a cracker so he'd catch the bug and come along to more games (he's never been a big fan of football) ... ****e 0:0 ... he's never been back since!

Good match. Would have them both back in the PL instead of teams like Wigan, Stoke, etc.

tricky one. got a lot of the ball, wasn't intentional, but pretty beefy and dangerous tackle and looked like he was off the ground?

 

He was off the ground, got there first though and got most of the ball. Yellow at most for me.

 

Could get different decisions by different refs in different games. Glad it wasn't me who had to make the decision. I might've given a yellow, so as not to kill the game off.

 

Never a sending off, yellow to cool the game down but no more!

He got the ball and only took ANY of the player because the Leeds lad left his foot in! Where do you draw the line? How do you define 'excessive force' he wasn't going in on the player, he was going in on the ball!

 

Ball was bouncing, had to leave the ground to get it, once again yellow at most just to cool it down.

 

Linesman & Leeds Bench got him Sent Off. Looked Worse then it was, He got the Ball. Forest on Top. Leeds have not got Going. Grayson has Big Team Talk to Give.

Leeds have looked dazed and tired...Poor tactics at the minute for me...Long balls up to Gradle seem their only tactic!
