    Elland Road
    Saturday 23rd September 2023
    Kick Off : 1500 BST

Leeds United will welcome Watford to Elland Road on Saturday, with the teams separated by just a single point in the Championship table after seven rounds of fixtures.

The hosts currently sit ninth , while their visitors are one point worse off in 14th spot and will look to leapfrog the Whites with an away win.

Following their relegation from the Premier League last term, Leeds United set out to make an immediate return this time around and win promotion under the new management of Daniel Farke.
Now finding themselves ninth in the Championship, two points outside of the top six after seven games, having only suffered a single defeat, while also managing just two victories, Farke's side can take some positives from their foundations and will now focus on extending the unbeaten streak and putting a winning run together to establish themselves in the Championship's leading pack.

After the first International break, at home to Birmingham City on Saturday, and after the contest looked set to end goalless, they eventually came out with all three points from a 2-0 win, thanks to injury-time goals from Rajovic and Ryan Andrews, before Ismael's men most recently hosted West Bromwich Albion on Wednesday and split the points in a 2-2 draw, having initially gone ahead through Tom Ince before Martins levelled the scores at two apiece in the 23rd minute.
Now with momentum starting to build at Vicarage Road, Watford will seek to put a winning run together in the coming weeks to put themselves at the top end of the division, starting with what would be a major scalp at Elland Road.

    Team News

Leeds will be without defender Joe Rodon, who is serving a ban after receiving a red card.

Watford defender Ryan Porteous had to leave the pitch on Wednesday, and news is awaited on his fitness.

I don’t know if you’re all over this, but Matej found this site and it’s the best I’ve seen.

    Type this into Google:

    soccer streams

    The first link is soccerstreams100.io
That’s the one you want. Scroll down to the game you want, click on it, then scroll through the links. Click on one. We’re on the 10th one today, footy something, it”s a LUFC feed, but this site is the sturdiest connections we’ve ever had. <ok>

Another fine save by Bachmann - hope this isn't going to be the pattern of the whole game.

From a throw in next to Leeds corner flag we play the ball back to Bachmann. Not very adventurous.

I don't think anyone knows really - although he was injured for a while. God knows how - he didn't do it on a football pitch

IF and i do state IF we can win this, that'd be a OK start to the season.

IF we lose, we've been average at best.

Well regardless it's been more entertaining if more than a tad wasteful. Own worst enemies for different reasons.
