    Good Morning Everyone

The transfer window has slammed shut last night, but more importantly January is out of the way too.

In recent years gone by the new year has never been kind to Leeds Utd, yet sitting in 10th place, four points from a play off place its all to play for.

TC must decide whether to stick with the Lasogga and Roofe partnership or drop the ex Oxford Utd front man in favour of new signing Tyler Roberts?

Leeds are waiting to find out whether Pennington has recovered from his knock, if not Berardi will partner Jansson in the heart of our defence.

Think Roberts comes in off the bench to replace either Roofe or Lassoga. Roberts will deffo replace Grot who needs game time with the U23s but too many strikers there already as nobody is getting any game time, so can someone tell me how they are to improve?

January was good with LDB & Foreshaw and the Roberts signing could prove to be a brilliant coup, or another for next season. Hoping Pennington is fit and we may need to see what Anita has got as a DM. Warnock isnt stupid and will have seen how eratic we are playing so expect fireworks. Madine is a handful as we found out earlier this season. This wont be pretty but the start of a run of games that could kill the season.

Morning all. Pleased we made signings in January, always welcome, but as always Ill wait to see them play a few games before pissin me pants with excitement. Were all too aware what 2.5m gets you these days in the transfer market. As we likely need around 30 points from remaining 17 matches, were fast approaching last chance saloon for this season. Can afford very few more defeats if were to achieve Rads goal for the season

Morning all... Tyler Roberts, I like the signing but I doubt Thomas knows anything about the lad and will want to see him in training a few times before starting him, I agree with Doc a place on the bench is the best he could expect.

Phil Hay sums up the transfer window nicely in his tweet:
That was the transfer window. Worthwhile deals for Forshaw, De Bock and Roberts, at a cost of £7m. Dominated to a large extent by forward planning, with U23 signings and Ideguchi.

Probably the best Janury transfer window we have had in over ten years as nobody of any importance left and when did we last spend £7m in January.

    Felix
    Ayling
    Pontus
    Pennington/Cooper
    De Bock
    Phillips/Vieria
    Forshaw/O'Kane/Anita
    Hernandez/Dallas
    Ekuban/Lasogga/Roofe/Roberts
    Saiz
    Alioski/Cibicki

When fully fit and not suspended that is a pretty good foundation

This match shall test us to the limit, Warnock will be up for this one, we need to win at all costs, we need at least 4 points from the next 2 matches or that the season finished for us

I for one shall be interested in TC team selection, if Alioski starts then this speaks in volume, he just is not good enough, one thing i did notice on Tuesday we seemed to run out of steam the last 10 mins, did they train too hard in Spain?

They shoild get some friendlies booked in with premier league reserves and other key teams. Plenty of clubs probably want the same.

Think we'll need to agree to disagree on this one. Then again, I thought Stokes would break through. Shows you how much I know. I'm going to start a period of mourning. <wah>

If stokes is gone wj how long before all the others from the group he was with are let go too. Maybe he should have changed his name to stoksio, could have earned him a new contract

How much money did we spend on Billy Whitehouse and the other kid we released recently. We only bought them last season but obviously not good enough for today's group so let go at a loss? Before them it was Robbie McDaid who was supposed to score for fun but never made it and went back to NI? Have a feeling we will get shut rather than hang on and hope for a fee now. Anyone who may be good is tied into a long contract so no more will we see another Byram, Cook or Taylor just get their heads turned by cash. Taylor and Byram have wasted their talent and should have stayed and got promotion with Leeds. Cook is actually getting game time now and will make it

Sorry Doc but tying players to long contracts will not stopped heads being turned. Pl can triple their wages or more and they’ll be off. Also what happened to Limerick centre half we signed last season.
