    Leeds United v Bristol City
    Monday 28th April@20:00 | Elland Road

Daniel Farke remained unfazed by swirling rumours about his future, presenting a cool and collected figure during his pre-match press conference on Friday. Instead of addressing the speculation head-on, the Leeds United manager redirected the focus to the task at hand: securing the Championship title. With Burnley playing on Saturday, a win against Bristol City on Monday night would put Leeds in a commanding position.

Bristol City arrives at Elland Road following a 3-1 defeat to Luton Town, only their second loss in the last ten games. Currently sitting fifth in the table, they are four points ahead of Middlesbrough in seventh, highlighting the importance of securing points in their remaining fixtures. However, the Robins are facing injury concerns that could impact their performance.

Manager Liam Manning confirmed that left-back Cam Pring is unlikely to feature in either of the remaining regular season games after suffering a hamstring injury against Luton. The injury woes don't stop there, as midfielder Joe Williams remains doubtful with a quad issue. Further compounding the issues are the definite absences of Mark Sykes and Luke McNally, both sidelined with quad and ACL injuries, respectively. Versatile forward Harry Cornick is also unlikely to play again this season due to a hamstring problem.

For Leeds United, Daniel Farke is expected to maintain a relatively stable starting eleven. Pascal Struijk and Joe Rothwell remain unavailable, meaning Ethan Ampadu is likely to continue partnering Joe Rodon at centre-back. Junior Firpo is set to play his penultimate game for the Whites amidst rumours of a move to Real Betis. Farke might also offer opportunities to promising youngsters like Sam Chambers, Harry Gray, Largie Ramazani, and Isaac Schmidt, giving them valuable cameo roles.

I think he will go full strength but Bristol are well organised. Might be a 2-1 win but wouldn't suprise me if we only drew.

    Not confident.
    You’ll definitely win this one.
We just need to try and keep the score down.

The lads can go out and play their football. Of course they will want to go out and win the league but the pressure is off. We won't be on edge if we go 1-0 down. Still I'm expecting us to win. we are professional and its also our swansong at home this season we will want to go out with a bang for the home fans. Brizzie Cith are very good at home but not so clever away from home.
regardless of the score they will be still sitting in a playoff spot and knowing Coventry entertain Boro on the last day is a extra bonus. So they don't have to go gung ho. Its not gonna be another 6-0 but I see a comfortable 1-0 or 2-0.

My only concern is that I’m in Spain and not in my lucky seat in the Con club where I’ve watched us get promoted. I know uncannily that the last three times Liverpool have won the league we’ve been promoted but can’t remember if that was also as champions (Aski incoming to help?). Anyway, just settling down to watch the “also ran”. Annoyingly Wilder has been okay of late, even fair on the Bamford vid <cheers>

Well we have been promoted 7 times from the 2nd division / Championship, and on 5 of those occasions the First Division / Premier League title has been won by a club from Merseyside.

The issue is not so much we get promoted when Liverpool win the title, but Liverpool win the title when we win the 2nd Division

Bristol showing nerves last week, no pressure on us to go up but a desire to take the title, crowd behind the team, 4-0 Leeds

Without taking anything away from the fact we played absolutely awfully, there was a pivotal moment where Armstrong was hacked down in the box when through on goal with only the keeper to beat. Should have been a penalty and a red card - very easy decision for the referee. We got neither.
Things might have been very different at 2-2 with Luton down to 10. Maybe the ref knew Armstrong doesn’t score goals, so it wasn’t a goalscoring opportunity?!!!
I would say ‘if my granny had balls…’ but these days she probably does……
