If this alleged takeover was imminent you would not be buying players like Kenny when you could take your pick of almost any keeper in the world. and why would he sign a three year contract if he didnt expect to be No. 1 and if he had any doubts that he could soon be looking for another club he would never have signed Business as usual me thinks as too many things just dont add up.....

Firstly Bahrain is not in Europe so I doubt he plays the Euros. Secondly and much more worthy of note that Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mubarak Al Khalifa is royalty out there & they control most of the media so probably wouldn’t have let the story run if it didn’t have some truth in it. Also the rumours are of a consortium takeover which means it wont just be his money, although I expect he is worth 100 million alone. Of course Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mubarak Al Khalifa wasnt avaliable to comment because he is in europe somewhere. Possibly the UK? Most of the royal family flee the extreme heat and travel Europe for a few months in the summer time, so thats not something to read to much into

Eire QPR are not a top premiership side and Kenny is not a top premiership goalie if he was he would not have signed for an average Championship side for 400k
