Whitbread has a fitness issue, and contract to include this, probably more like Norwich didn't want him TC. Doubt Zak would have walked away from £11k per week, but I agree that Leeds may want him to agree to a "difficult" deal which will knacker any chance of getting him.
Norwich have offered him a new deal and he has turned it down. Looks like Holt has handed in a transfer request too - seems they want to see where Lambert ends up
