Some of the developments at Elland Road embarrass the most hardened Leeds fans You're more than welcome to join us (audio and streaming links hopefully as well) http://www.not606.com/threads/leeds-utd-v-cardiff-city-match-thread.297000/
Thanks EB. Hassle between fans is one thing, but when the grownups start misbehaving............ Both clubs are having difficulties with their owners at the moment and some of the history you'd like put behind you just won't go away. We're still having troubles with Langstons as in a thread I started.!!! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/32240541
cardiff away support last season at leeds was in the 400+ bracket so why do you want 2,000 ? Cardiff banning directors at wigan and now want to stop fans going to leeds is on dodgy ground if some other clubs side with leeds and wigan and stop their fans going to any cardiff games. cardiff would be right up the creak without a paddle.......
Are you sure about that statement Dai ? I think the directors were in the away end with the Cardiff Fans Club did not stop fans it was the supporters club who asked fans to boycott this game due to the lack of tickets and price charged, as the OP stated most of the Leeds fans understand out concerns and agree with us.
supporters club are cardiff fans. Its playing silly buggers stopping fans by anyone going to away matches. it very childish and can only do harm at the end of the day. 400 tickets seems a fair amount when you consider the reputations of both sets of fans and the police are right to be cautious at the end of the day.....
^^...."this guy is fking stupid"........not my words, but a George carlin quote daijack your the first name in my book today of stupid anyway cheers leeds fan for knowing the cheek of your clubs offer
What was the score in that Leeds game Dai? Plus our support would have been around 500 this season, that's kinda the point............!?!
TEAM NEWS - #CardiffCity: Marshall, Peltier, Ecuele Manga, Morrison, Malone, Ralls, Whittingham, Gunnarsson, Noone, McAleny, Mason. Fabio, Doyle, Kennedy on the bench
hmmm, some rotation. Is that a tactical decision, guesswork or Ole's approach of picking names from a hat?
Well this is a similar line up to the one that started at Reading, and they played some appalling football there. Fabio's played alright would rather he was on rather than Malone (who is very much a Millwall player)
Sorry, but WTF is McAleny doing in there? Nothing against him as a player, but we're supposed to be using these games to build. Unless there's a back door agreement to renew the McAleny loan for next season, he shouldn't be on the pitch.
Reckon there's a part of McAleny deal that says he has to play if fit.....? Or a certain number of appearances?
I've got us down for 2-2 so Doyle off the bench is fine. EDIT - ahhh, McEleny injured so Doyle is on.
