Interesting with every appointment, he's moving further downhill. Division 1 does seem to be his level though
Were quite happy with KJ Olof, are things getting so bad at Leeds that you have to start slagging off other teams managers as well as your own?
Erm...correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't that what you lot do? Warnock is ****e, but he's above Kenny Hack'it before tonights game. work it out yourself MFC
I don't know what Leeds fans make of Grayson, but I do feel for him a bit. 3 clubs he has got promoted out of League 1 and eventually has got sacked whilst on course for survival the following season in 2 of those promotions. I think given the time at a club he could well get a team into the Prem. I know Huddersfield were on a but of a plummet, he is a manager who has always bought in some decent players where ever he has been. Becchio at Leeds, Hoolahan at Blackpool two examples who are now playing in Premier League with us. I reckon you should get in Di Canio whilst he is available, he was brilliant at Swindon and he is the sort of manager who will relish management at a big club who bring in big crowds at the home games.
I've never slagged off a Leeds manager Olof! Grayson did a great job and Warnock has proved even better than I could have hoped. Get it right Mark it was 1-5!
He never got sacked from Blackpool, he walked out because he was offered the Leeds job. At Leeds he was sacked in a season where we were "under performing" for the level of the clubs "ambition", aiming at promotion and getting mid table.
Ok MFC, i stand corrected mate, but some of your lads do it could get even better for you if we got KJ as boss then,
That's what I meant but just worded it wrong. I meant he got sacked after two of the promotions whilst still being on course to keeping them up.
Those two jobs had higher ambitions than just safety... granted he wasn't given a fair crack of the whip at Leeds but still.
I remember when Warnock was appointed... all Leeds were like we have the best manger in the division, hes so much better then Steve Bruce I'd have KJ over Colin any day of the week
Not long after he left us we got hammered at home by Forest, wonder what went through his mind yesterday when Forest did it again to Huddersfield
I think even Warnock would have got Hull promoted with the amount of money you lot have had. What was it 20 million loss last year?
I understand that, I think the Huddersfield one is perhaps more harsh because he's built a decent young team there. Also Orion I didn't realise that McAllister bought in Becchio, so apologies.
