Skysports.com understands several sides are keeping tabs on Shrewsbury striker Terry Gornell.

Gornell has proved to be an instant success at Shrewsbury since arriving on a free transfer from Accrington Stanley in the summer.

The 21-year-old's form has not gone unnoticed among clubs from the Football League, with scouts flocking to watch him in action.

Gornell has chipped in with four goals so far this term to help the Shrews up to fourth spot in the League Two table.

Leeds are believed to be one of the clubs who are tracking the pacey forward after having him watched in action this season.

4 goals isnt that good and especially considering at league 2 level. Anyway, anyone know anything about his style of play...another striker isn't exactly what we need even if he is a youngster, i feel we can be aiming higher.

Although our players aren't the slowest, a pacey forward is always good to have in your squad. We've missed pace heading forward since Gradel left, and although I believe the solution if we need pace going forward is Lloyd Sam, it's still nice to have an additional option.

I'm all for it. Might be another one for the future like Clayton.

Could turn out to be one for the future but surely not this season. The interesting thing is they say he has been on fantastic form but 4 goals isnt that good. Then take into account that its in league 2
