    Afternoon boys and girls,

Jesus christ this place is like Scarborough in the winter.

Well I'd thought I'd stop by and let you know I completed the Leeds Half Marathon this morning in a time of 1hour 41minutes which is pretty good seeing as its my first time. Hopefully manage to beat that in Glasgow in September. Next up is the Big Buddha run which is growing arms & legs at an incredible rate over in Phuket thanks to my Dad and his mates PR'ing the event.

Hope all is good, apart from you tims. I hope you are all wallowing in your self hatred :afro:

happy days <ok> think i'm going for under 1hr 45min but no idea what i'll do. currently have a ****ing massive blood blister on my foot after doing 40miles yesterday in prep for the assault on the WHW at the end of the month. other than that feel fine which bodes well, bit worried that i cant seem to wear boots anymore though.

also found out that some army punter with one arm and one leg managed to do it in 31 hours <doh> which kinda puts my 48 hour goal to shame. prick.

that eddie izzard thing was one of the most impressive things i've ever seen. he's just a random punter and decideds to do that! absolutely mental. all i could think was "if he can do that, why couldnt i?". was talking to my mate about this and he just said "aye, but he took ages"

oh **** off! the **** couldnt run a bath! i'm gonna be in agony after it though, my feet'll be a mess and my muscles will be ****ed. might take some vals so i dont give a ****
