Well, another loss, how many more can the fans take before aiming their frustrations at Radz, I think
that's what it's going to come down too if we keep losing.

A couple of games ago we were going through a blip, the blip has now become a problem for all to see.

Question is, what's the problem with the problem?

After Lasogga scored after 7 minutes, like most I thought this is our comeback game. We controlled most of the first half and kept Derby goalless untill they scored in 72nd minute.

Maybe I missed it by blinking, but after Derby passed it down their left wing and scored an easy tap in, can someone see Ayling anywhere? cos I couldn't.

Some have asked in past why doesn't Berardi get forward enough, well, maybe Derby's first goal, and a couple of goals during previous game is your answer. Maybe it's time to put Berardi back at RB.

Why was Winnall left unmarked to tap it in from very very close range, it begs belief.

Sacko should know better than to tackle, or attempt a tackle from behind that close to penalty area, then again, where was Ayling, and why did Sacko have to sprint so far back to pick up that player.

Was it a penalty? looked just outside to me.

I've always had suspicions for the last couple of seasons that someone's telling some refs to ref a certain way.

TC tinkers and tinkers and tinkers every game, keeps taking Alioski off, but the problem ain't down that wing, it's midfield and defence. Teams are walking through and past our midfield.

Big question is, against BC we played a 4-3-3 system, then TC changed it for the Sheff United and Derby games WHY?

No point having Lasogga upfront on his own if the midfield don't know how to create defence splitting passes for him to run on too.

Where have our defence splitting passes and long shots gone, why have we resorted to trying to walk ball into net again?

From what I've read, TC didn't talk to players after game, again; is this a procedure for TC, if it is, it sucks. Players need to hear encouraging and inspiring words from their coach after a loss, draw or win, not just after a win.

Right now there are about 8 teams that can overtake us if we lose against Brentford, then it's the game just about everyone has been waiting for.

    Alioski, penalty or not?

Another good post LL well done. Ayling has been brilliant for us no doubt about it, but I said a few games ago that he thinks he's Zico, but he aint. Leaves the back exposed too often recently and for me needs reigning in or benching. A good way to play the wing back system can be demonstrated by 1) CBJ first game for us when he looked fast as hell down the wing, linked up play well and was always there when needed. Calm and confident as well as plenty of flair. 2) Dallas played it just the same against Derby in his first time at LB. CBJ has been crap and now injured so we have to go with Dallas for me. Ayling either stays back or is dropped.

The other issue is confidence at the back. Pontus isnt Pontus so theres the problem. Pennington is an accomplished player and will be brilliant but is young and gets exposed if Pontus or Cooper loses concentration. We need a settled back 4.

The test of a good manager is how he turns things around and I know Tommy is aware that everyone has eyes on him.

Just a few random thoughts watching those highlights.

    1) IF that had been our first defeat it wouldn't have concerned me, we looked slightly better than Derby and we did okay. Sadly it's ANOTHER defeat so it's going to put more pressure on.

    2) Our goal was down to Vieira hustling and awful defending by Derby. I've noticed when we concede a goal it was never well worked by the opposition, we always have to point a finger of blame?

    3) Alioski looked busy and better than I have seen him recently but it wasn't a penalty, too much theatrics and not a single Leeds player looked interested in a penalty.

    4) I think sometimes we have to accept our signings and squad are not the best in the division, our great start against lowly teams, getting shot of GFH and signings in excess of a million instead of bottom of the barrel loans and buying the ground back put us on a high and we're expecting too much too soon.

    5) Yesterday it was mentioned about players going into the lounge at the final whistle not looking down or sorry about a defeat, I'm guessing this is normal then (players joining families in the lounge)? Mmm so late night after a defeat settling down for some enjoyment? What's wrong with keeping them in the dressing room, thrashing out grievances and sorting out what went wrong before sending them home... Too soft..

I must admit I didn't see the game live and only going on the highlights, but just after the Derby goal it looks like Ayling is having a go at Roofe? Perhaps there had been a call and Roofe was supposed to be covering Ayling and that's why he was so out of position?

Pete, I described this elsewhere. Both were 10 yds into the opposition half. Only Ruth ran back. Ayling ambled, showing no urgency, and hadn't even made the penalty box by the time they scored. Watch it again. Criminal on the part of Ayling.

Muscle? Did you see the size of the defender? He wouldn't look out of place in a heavyweight boxing match. And Alioski? 8st wet through, if that. :D
