Could get up to 20k if successful (although highly unlikely but you never know) claiming he had two of his teeth knocked out. (alledgetly by five prison officers). The money, if successful, will come from you. The tax payers.
The twat should've ducked! He should be counter sued for leaving some poor prison guard with bruised knuckles!
My wife was beaten up in June 2013 and has been in pain ever since. She will now be on painkillers for the rest of her life in order to allow her to sleep. She will suffer mild to medium pain for the remainder of her life in her head (where it was smashed into a concrete wall). She received her compensation offer of £1300 yesterday! Why the **** should he be potentially entitled to £20k - even though it is unlikely he'll win! The lass who beat my missus up got a caution and nothing more! The way this country works is a ****ing joke! (By the way, we are happy with our £1300 and think it's a fair amount - my issue is with the amount that they are talking for this bloke!)
"potentially entitled to £20k - even though it is unlikely that he'll win" Unfortunately, I think that you could well be wrong there, Marc "The way that this country works is a ****ing joke" You are 'spot on' there, though
I meant the first bit as a quote of what has originally been posted sorry Gordon!! He'll probably win because of the way this country is ****ed up!!
From The Evening Standard . . . . Michael Adebolajo, 32, claimed that he was assaulted by five prison officers at Belmarsh prison two years ago, resulting in his two front teeth being knocked out. But the officers, who were suspended from work after the incident, were later told that they had no case to answer. Adebalajo was jailed last year alongside Michael Adebowale for the brutal murder of the 22-year-old soldier who was run over and hacked to death with a meat cleaver near Woolwich barracks in broad daylight in May 2013. The Sun reported that, if successful, Adebolajo could receive up to £20,000 of taxpayers' money, but a Ministry of Justice (MoJ) spokesman said that it would “robustly” defend the compensation claim. please log in to view this image Lee Rigby’s mother to visit schools to help to combat radicalisation/brainwashing The spokesman said: “A police investigation into this incident took place and no charges were brought against members of staff. “The public will be rightly outraged at the thought of this man receiving compensation from the taxpayer, and we robustly defend the claims made against the Prison Service.” The MoJ added that two thirds of prisoner claims over the last three years had been successfully defended. Labour’s Khalid Mahmood, England’s first Muslim MP, told The Sun that the claim was “taking the mickey out of the taxpayer”. Adebolajo was handed a whole-life jail term for the soldier’s murder, and Adebowale was sentenced to life with a minimum 45 years.
Imagine being the dentist that has to fix his teeth. How tempting would it be to drill his ****ing eyeballs out?
How much of a low life is the solicitor willing to take this on for him? They need to take a long hard look in the mirror and decide on life's priorities.
Without a moving car, a big knife, surprise and his mate - it seems he's not such a hard jihadi soldier after all.
I don't tend to be a very complicated man. I like to be pleasant and polite to people, etc. But, in this case, I'd simply snap his f**king neck. There it is.
This will be the Cherie Blairs and all the other politically correct goody two shoes human rights ambulance chasing c*nts who have put him up to this. That f*cking bell end wouldn't have had a Scooby.. Let's behead the c*nt in the Tower and put his head on a spike and tell every other f*cking extremist that this is what you AND ya families will get if you break the law in OUR country.
