The supporters should be behind the management...all of them... SL downwards... they should be behind the players, and those that say they are are deluding themselves. If you are behind the team who are behind the management then as a supporter you should be as well.
A plan was put together probably a year ago that BRISTOL CITY would embark on an effort to get things sorted and get better football in a few years ...maybe 5? At the moment the results are not forthcoming and there is somewhat dissent driven by a few and the local EVIL POST to some degree to undermine BRISTOL CITY FOOTBALL CLUB ...
It must be very disconcerting for the players especially the January ones to have to play in front of a home crowd that is supporting the opposition ... they, the opposition, must revel in the prospect of the city players being subjected to the abuse being aimed at the pitch ...most likely giving them, the opposition the euphoria of an extra player on the pitch.....
and how unconsoling it must be should the opposition player calmly whisper in a city players ear " hey mate listen to your crowd, real bad supporters not behind you or sounds like they don't like your manager or ...... "

where are all the fans that said "we /I must get behind the team" ?

I really do hope that SL sticks to his guns and I really do hope we stay up, however with the continual negative bleating the hill just gets steeper, the players become more dejected and should we go down I will not lay the blame on LEE or SL but on the negative individuals , and attitude that helped drive us there.

Sorry JGF but as long as we continue to lose football matches the discontent will grow.
We have an enviable squad, so the fault must lie with the management.
Our morale has been destroyed to the point that when we do play well and score goals we can't hang on.
Footballers are a bit like a richer, thicker version of a human being. They know that if they lose, the fans who afford them their baby Bentleys and Range Rovers will be pissed off.
