Scored 2 goals for Oxford last night, following on from his double assist at the weekend! They love him there, they reckon he is a class above League 2. I think he is finally starting to get a regular run of games and be injury free which is good for the boy
TBF he should be a class above at that level. Just not sure he'll ever reach his full potentail. Too many injuries. Sad but I don't think he's a top of the Championship or Premier player. Top bloke though!
A quality player who sadly demonstrates the pitfalls that await talented young players. I'd love to see him pull on a Saints shirt in the Premiership, but don't think I will. But he's better than league 2, that's for certain.
Class act, could've potentially played Premiership, ruind by injuries and not an ego, unlike most young players who never live up to their potential
Clueless, but Holmes was highly rated when he came here, and had a lot of promise shown in his early days but he got that injury at QPR and hasn't really come back from it
