    Lee Cattermole is... an English professional footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for Sunderland in the Premier League. His preferred position is in central midfield[2] in front of the back four and he is known for his hard-tackling midfield play*.

    Slow in the head would make him similar to 99% of footballers, so not that. The other one percent is made up of Tiote (who's head recently broke the speed of light) and De Jong, who's head officially contains nothing.
