Has he got one last season in him, he is the same age as Michael Brown? Bowyer is without doubt a class player, especially when he has a point to prove, but could he still do a job for a Championship club?

No because we will all remember the Bowyer of old and when he doesn't live up to that player we remember we probably wouldn't be a very forgiving bunch. Maybe three years ago but I think he just went over that edge last year

I would have taken the gamble in the season that has just gone, but didn't he turn us down for family reasons? So if he couldn't be bothered last season, why would we take the gamble on him this season when he's done nowt for Ipswich and is another year older?
