De Turkey didn't get where he is today by trying to be clever. Only Roland is allowed to be clever.

Rich Cawley is pouring cold water on the QPR story.

Word on the street (well a rumour anyway) is that QPR also considering Kenny Jackett to replace the wally with the brolly. Hopefully untrue.

I mean who would be interested in going there..........

What an utter prick this owner is ...

The e-mail must be from the Belgian himself if it is the sort of word salad we've seen from him before, so Murray won't make much sense of it either. Bowyer going public is a sign of his frustration I'd say. The Belgian is killing our club and there doesn't seem any way to stop him, especially as he sees himself as the victim. CAFC now owes him £61m, there is no conceivable way he can get it back. The madness of King Roland.

The owner of that bell (and bugle !) is a very educated person who runs a successful antiquarian bookshop, and who enjoys a lager or two, or three, or......:)

I am aware of who he is, and was not questioning his intelligence.

Fair play to him for his dedication as well, but the sound of that bell is too much.

Just to put the record straight, I like Portsmouth and always have a fantastic time down there. Gunwharf Quays also always keeps me kitted out very well, and at very reasonable prices.

My friends and fellow members on here are well aware of a nice purple Timberland number purchased from there a while back<laugh>

No disrespect Woopers, but why would Lee Bowyer leave Charlton for a smaller London club <whistle>

I warned Bolton fans that Jim White is full of sh1t - he was predicting that Wanderers are about to be taken over.

He’s been about as accurate as Rick Everwrong & Gerard Murphy in that regard.

And he took the trouble to thank you live on the radio. Quite a nice detail.

I'm a fan of Bowyer, he's done a fantastic job. He has a Charlton background.

This does not cover the fact he had a VERY STRONG idea of what he was letting himself into.
