I don’t like to criticise Bowyer but it does seem strange to play millar on the right , as you said we now have the new fella on the right and with Stockley, Schwartz or Aneke making up the target men in the middle we’re crying out for decent service from the wings

I don't think the Viking can get rid of Bowlegs even if he wanted to ATM.
The great Matt Southall gave Bowyer a 3 year contract which still has 2 years to run.
Paying off Bowlegs last 2 years would eat into your Summer transfer kitty.

I'm not convinced by the argument that we should stick with Lee Bowyer out of loyalty. If TS does decide to stick with him it will be because he still believes in him. I'll support whatever TS decides, after all it wasn't very loyal of Bowyer to name and shame his own players.

At the end of the day it's the owner who has to decide who he employs, we don't know who would replace Bowyer, or whether whoever it is would be an improvement. But he's put £12m in to the club, and backed the manager in January, so he's entitled to ask why 2 of the 4 players who were brought in on Bowyer's recommendation have not improved the team. He will consider this when he decides who he can trust with his money in the summer rebuild.

Sandgaard has apparently messaged White saying Bowyer has his full backing

Bowyer saying not enough fans realise the state of the club before TS came in - That fans need to stop expecting a whole new squad to come in and get instant results

JW: Patience is a word that not many fans maybe have, Bowyer says he's the same though and acknowledges its a results business.

TS can't say anything else, but it could be interpreted as a vote of confidence. Surely he would expect the January transfer window to be more successful than it has been. So far it seems to have muddied the waters, with an unbalanced squad. On paper we have a strong bench, but it isn't working that way.

No, but I expect the January window to improve things, and it hasn't. A good right winger would have helped but DJ is poor. I can't see what attributes he's got that will improve, but hopefully he will prove that I know Jack sh1t about football.

Jim White is a botty licking WUM.
His bowing and scraping to Roland was sickening.

Bowyer: I don't want to criticise the players. I could give you the real reason why I think (it's gone wrong). But... At the end of the day they try, but could they do more? I think they could. They cut corners.#cafc

We're getting played off the park by bang average 3rd tier teams. We're not even competing.

On paper our squad is not rubbish.
    It's probably play-off strength.
Something is badly wrong, and we have almost no clue what it is. That's what is so frustrating.

But it isn't going to get better all by itself.
I think more and more Charlton fans aren't looking forward to match days anymore.
    That has to change.

The January transfer window has f*cked us. DJ is worse than Williams, Millar is worse than Doughty, Schwartz has not proved to be any better than Bogle. Stockley for Maddison is the only plus.
