The Hume story is on football rumours, and has been for a few days, no chance we would spend £800k on a striker in League One

Where do you get this stuff from? 800k is a lot of money at league 1 level

We could've got Le Fondre plus Lowe for 800k and still have plenty of change.

As for Barnard, does he still have that court case, or was that all finished up at the end of last season ?

True, but don't think there's a single striker in League One or Two I'd be prepared to spend £800k on... except potentially Rhodes.

He has not yet appeared in court. Don't think this story has nay legs at all. The bloke is injured at the moment, albeit short term, but he could go down once he makes his court appearance.

Let's face it, you know **** all about Barny or price of players...le fondre + Lowe would be well more then 800k and Barny has a new contract at St marys and there is NO chance he will "go down" for it so stop talking out of your ass. However being a 4th choice striker here atm a loan move could be on the cards.

    Le Fondre = 350k.

We'll see if anyone pays more than 450k for Lowe. <ok>

Think you are the one talking out of his arse. ALF went for around the £400k in the end and Lowe whilst not a bad player aint gonna cost more than 300-400k as he is 32 years old. I know Barney has signed a new contract with you, but he also has a foot injury at the moment. Did'nt realise that you were a magistrate, when did you qualify ?

There's many discussion threads on the saints board if you care to do a bit of research. For what he did and his position there is going to be nothing more than community service on a guilty plea. First time offence there is no chance to go down for that rofl. Jay Rod going for 5m, Maynard going for 7m, Baldock going for 4.5m...It's all relative.

Give it up Akkers. What a waste of time this is. You have obviously never seen most of these players but keep going on about Charlton signing non league and league two players. They aint good enough. Christ the three from Gills are just about okay for League 2, but League 1 and above, give it a rest.
