As i have heard many times that he will be sent down well all i can say is he wont, its ABH they dont send people down anymore for ABH as our prisons are to full he will be getting a hefty fine loads of community service and course a criminal record

Not trying to sound pesimistic. These are just stone facts!:
There is an overwelming amount of evidence against him.
His wrist/hand/lower arm was in a cast for a over a month.
He nearly killed the guy that he hit.

Not sure, I was told that he was in a coma for a few days...
Not sure if this is true or not though, was something a friend of mine told me.
But it doesn't look good for him; on the injury front and his court case too

All these things you say are adding up for GBH a much more serious offence, we all know its ABH so he will not be goin down
