I can’t accept that. What @Treble says has the ring on truth to it. Javid is playing a political game and trying to make sure no **** sticks to him. His decision will probably get overturned.

Syria neither invited nor wants these people. Just because they invaded the country why should Syria be called upon to accept responsibility for them?

but don't you think Syria should have a chance to prosecute the terrorists in their own land first? go through their law courts and produce a verdict? then if they are found not guilty then send them back to us and then we can prosecute them through our law courts? if something happened over here do you think we should just ship them back out to Pakistan training camps without prosecuting them first?

or don't you trust the 'middle-east' judiciary?

Not sure what you mean by terrorists, are we talking solely men here?

In regards to women such as Begum, they are in refugee camps, and the Kurdish troops running them, don't want them there, they just want rid and are calling on the countries to take their nationals back.

Would you be against the deportation of an illegal immigrant who had commited a serious offence in this country?

That’s unlikely as she’s outside the reach of the Syrian Gvt currently. Otherwise they’d probably arrest her.

But out of the reach of the Syrian Gvt. She’s with the Syrian free army. Mostly Kurds.
I ain't clicking no links.

So she's in Syria still?

But out of reach of the goverment?

The goverment her only chance out off there?

Well, the Syrian Free Army doesn’t want her and is insisting that we take her back. Not just Brits, but all foreigners in the camps.

Is it their decision to make, or do their government perhaps have a voice in running things too? How would it be if a group here suggested a reciprocal scheme? I reckon there'd be a fair bit of tutting in a few quarters. Immigrants are a net benefit after all.

You may have noticed it’s not exactly going smoothly over there so it’s not really a fair comparison.
