Well if you're asking who's responsible, maybe not allowing her back or providing her British baby the care needed considering 2 of her previous newborns had dies, makes us equally culpable? Even if we take on board your suspicions, then surely we should have done even more to protect this child?

Tbh I'm not interested in blaming anyone, I was just commenting on some poster's reaction to rumours of her baby dying, before and after it was confirmed.

who's this we? she's on her own in a country she wanted to be in...not our Governments fault or mine. if you want to go and rescue her and her kid if he is still alive then off you pop...but its not we

If I like? You made the first move pal, don’t ask stupid questions if you are looking for a reasonable response.
I asked you a question, you answered with an insult and then pretty much said “come on, bring it”. Not interested.

A more likely comparison is the child of a murderous couple? Or where there's a proven risk of child abuse? Would you have the same viewpoint? Are you saying Baby P is better off dead? Genuine question.

There were some clues for her on how life was liable to be in her promised land, if only she'd thought about why all those people were seeking safe havens out and humanitarian aid was heading in to the place she considered would be a good spot to try to start a family.

Strange response. We is a collective term referring to this country which we as legally abiding taxpaying citizens are all part of. What gives you any more right to decide what my government or my country should do any more than me? And in response to Custard's question (not something I brought up) I believe if there was a concern for the safety of a British baby, then just like ANY British baby, WE have a responsibility to safeguard it.

Would you have been in favour of sending people in to bring the mother back by force four years ago, or should her wishes have been respected?

Would I rather be dead than be raised by two parents who murdered innocent people for fun? Yeah.

Let’s not pretend I was speaking for everybody when I made a point of saying that’s my own personal opinion of how I’d prefer it to be.

I really don't see what any of this has to do with a baby dying? The baby is innocent in all this, unless you think otherwise. I really couldn't give a **** about the mother, but on a general point of principle, I believe in the rule of law so she should have faced a trial here and they could have thrown away the key for all I care.

Raised? Ahhh you didn't say that last time. And it's highly unlikely you'd be raised by them due to our safeguarding laws. Appreciate the answer though.

Well yeah that’s what I meant by ‘bringing me into this world’ obviously I could have phrased that bit better then.

But if you respect the mothers choice of going there, you should also respect her choice to try to raise her family in her new land. If you're talking of the rule of law, would you keep the child in prison with its mother for decades, or separate them?

These are issues of her own making. She went to great lengths and considerations to make them. You can't ignore that aspect by saying you don't give a **** about her, whilst trying to claim an act of humanity for one child of many, many thousands.

Similar... yet not at all like yours.

You used the wrong comparison mate, own it and we’ll move on.
How was the comparison different? Because I didn’t specify whether the mother was a criminal?
