They say that when the going gets tough, the tough get going. The heavyweights of the comp singled out at the furlong and went hard for the line. Stick found himself on the slower side of the course and went down by a length and a quarter to the gallant Sth. Both found two winners, but Sth had better value and proved too good on the day. This win by Sth almost kills off the stout hearted Stick's chances of running down the flyaway leader. Huge effort while under pressure Sth, a worthy winner once again. Onya champ. 
Third place went to the honest Redcat who saw off a dodgy Cyc who got a winner through the back door. NR to the second, equal fav. Jammy. Steveo & Ron tied for the last spot in L1. Ron got the nod on count back. Steveo, Paul & Hawk take the drop. Best man for the day went to L2's Fabio who got the highest priced winner and total. He gives himself another chance to open his account next week. Good luck mate. Doalittle & Busty join Fabio among the big boys next Saturday. Busty had the dubious honour of being promoted by picking five losers. 
Redcat & Doalittle had Euros converted to pounds. Well played all.
