The big match has finally arrived, but only one can survive. The crowds are flocking to Notsixosixville to see which of these brave warriors will emerge triumphant. Their armies have been selected and only the mighty Big Buck's is fighting for both sides. He will surely provide each with a small victory but ultimately the other selections will determine who wins the war. Let the battle commence.

    Ascot

    2.30 Big Buck's
    3.05 Reve De Sivola
    3.35 Sailors Warn

    Haydock

    2.10 Reindeer Dippin
    2.45 Wymott

P.S. I am NOT taking this seriously. <whistle>

Good Evening. In less than 12 hours, Internet users from the uk will join others around the world . And we will be joining in, in the largest tipping competiton in this history of mankind.

Mankind -- that word should have new meaning for all of us today.

We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore.

We will be united in our wanting to beat the bookies but

Perhaps its fate that tomorrow is the 17th December (7days till xmas), and we will once again be fighting again to become the top tipster of NOT606, not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution -- but from annihilation.

We're fighting for our right to be called the best,

And should I win the day, the 17th Decemeber will no longer be no normal day, but as the day when I beat Zenyatta in the opening round of the HRF Singles competition

"I will not go quietly and will be cheering on my selections!

I will not vanish without a winner!

I am going to live on!

I am going to make a profit!"

Today, we celebrate the beginning of the HRF Singles Competition!

    Big Bucks? Seriously?

Oh - you are NOT serious! Fairy muff then :)

Only, as the comp is scored to returns from a level stake, getting a 6-1 on winner is like only selecting 4 instead of 5 :D

Well done in choosing Gibb River Wooly - puts you in front already <laugh>

Some smart strategic play here can make all the difference. Some folks last week survived solely on the back of a long odds on shot.

Morning. Couldn't decide whether to put Big Bucks in as a banker - I've opted to let fate decide!

    12.20 Lingfield: Mr Knightley
    12.50 Lingfield: Delft
    13.50 Lingfield: Clockmaker
    3.05 Ascot: The Minack
    3.35 Ascot: Abergavenny

If any are NR, then can they be replaced with:

    2.30 Ascot: Big Bucks
