    When the going gets tough, the tough get going, and that's exactly what the comp's heavyweight Sth did. Just as Stick began to mount a serious challenge to his authority, Sth dug deep and went to the post like the champion he's proven himself to be. He nailed a 14-1 shot that paid just half that on the giddy goat, but when coupled with another winner, he proved much too good. Sth scored the highest total and best priced winner. Well done champ. <applause> Another of our quality tipsters, Steveo, was a gallant runner up with three winners. Ron turned a profit in finishing third.

    One of those to take the drop this week was our reigning champ Oddy, who lost a count back to Blue. Joining Oddy are Wooly & Reebs. Those who fought their way out of the squalor below were Busty, Cyc & Doalittle. The latter just beating Smoke by count back. Well played all.

    Doalittle's next best tip ran second Smoke, while yours was a third. It might be worth keeping in mind that I'm open to a bit of corruption. :)
