A bit of time on my hands this morning and in the spirit of cooperation following Cycs retirement and RVs dodgy laptop I think I've worked out the winners, losers and non runners, promotions and relegations for this week. Fair play to you Cyc for keeping this going for a year - must have similar staying power of your fellow countryman and soon to be retired cricketing legend us poms all loved to hate. I've used Sir Percy's results. Hope that ok.

As Wayward was among the relegations last week he won L2 comfortably ensuring a quick return to L1. Other promotees Jeff, Galaxy and Sir Percy.
In the top flight newly promoted Brough scooted clear of the field to land the spoils comfortably. Dex and Oddy filled the minor honours. Wooly and Joe Lively (non runners) together with Ron and Sparky plunged through the trap door. Well done to the champs.

Thanks Percy and Channin for your efforts although I think that "Des" fella <laugh> should be on £7.40..last selection race abandoned so £1 stake returned to total....doesn't make any difference really mind you <ok>
 
4 get relegated, 4 get promoted. You was in the bottom 4 so took the drop. It wasn't updated last week so it's all been sorted this week. Sorry or any confusion

In hindsight it was a little harsh, so after a stewards enquire I have decided to replace the selection with the 1st favourite of the day.

As you already picked Valrene in the 1st it went to the 2nd race of the day where red rococo won earning you an extra 2.30. I'll update the points on the table but it still keeps you in 2nd

I've already updated it dex so will just leave you with the extra points.

Probably best to have some sort of rule in place anyway should a similar scenario occur in future.
 
<laugh> Welcome to the workroom. Chit always crops up, ties are as common as muck, that's one of the reasons why I used the tote, and put non runners on the first, second, third etc favourites of the day. Anyways you guys are doing a bang up job, it will settle pretty quick. Thanks for the comp. <cheers>
