Red Robin, I'm pleased for you that the bookies odds are mirroring your expectation that City will be automatically promoted at the end of this coming season. But this beloved club of our's have many, many times promised to achieve only to fail dismally time and again. That's why, while I want our Club to win promotion, my money will stay firmly in my back pocket and not be lining any bookies bank balance. If we do achieve it, the loss of winnings for me will be tiny compared with the thrill of promotion.
I remember for years in the 3rd tier between 2000-2007 we was always one of the favourites not much changes eh
RR do you chuck one out thinking off SoD, I agree he's a good manager but your sounding like a love sick teenager
We'll see after 10-12 games what sort of football we'll be playing and what sort of results we're getting. If things are going well then I'll be very happy. I suspect that there are lots of fans who will be on SOD's back if we are struggling though. He's made some decent signings, but they need to deliver from the 1st game onwards
I think a lot will depend now on how many leave between now and the end of the window and who they are(which is more important)
