    They'd be better off listing 25 potential managers than players.

    We'd need all 25 players if we keep Slade, but only one manager would do instead of him.

    Do they get paid to write this rubbish.
    Don't they realise that free transfers often expect a hefty signing on fee or high wages as they know the club won't have to pay a transfer fee.
    No such thing as a free transfer especially with the greedy agents around.

    There is not one player i would sign from that very poor list, chip paper at best.

    Just an update on something WoL first put out 3/4 weeks ago. It was pie in the sky rubbish then and has only got worse.

    Good shout on Hennessy ccfc.

    He's not starting for Palace but only a year into his three contract. Plus they paid nearly 2 million for him, can't see him coming here on the cheap - which seems very much the plan.

    Agreed Sheepy but is he happy playing second string to Speroni? From Wiki on Speroni: -

    At the end of the 2013-14 season, Speroni was named Player of the Year for the fourth time.[8] His contract expired early into 2014 and he subsequently negotiated contract offers with Crystal Palace, Sunderland and West Brom.[9][10] On 13 June 2014 Crystal Palace announced that Speroni had signed a new contract with the club for 12 months with a further 12 month option. Speroni is much loved by the Crystal Palace fans and has become a cult hero at the club being named the supporters' player of the season on four separate occasions.[11]

    Speroni will be rewarded for his years of service to Crystal Palace with a Testimonial match against Dundee on 26th May 2015.

    So, a 12 month option due. I wonder if that works for him and the club or if Hennessey is lined up to take over from him?

    Wiki says Hennessey's fee was £1.6m plus add ons so with 2 years to go they will want to recoup their outlay. However, with another prem season guaranteed and lots of dosh to come, might they go for a bigger name?

    Yes I imagine that Pardew may have his eye on somebody else. Plus maybe Wayne wants to move closer to home?

    My father in law is a Palace fan and says Speroni is definitely back off to Argentina this summer. They'll look for better than Hennessey imo.

    He is from north Wales though, Bangor. Probably look at a club up there.

    No other club in North Wales !! What about, Everton, Man City and Man utd. Not a Wrexham supporter amongst them all.
