    On the beeb website today

"But, as well as that, Lambert's approach was completely different. He ran the club from top to bottom whereas Chris is just a really good coach." sayeth the expert.

I always thought it was McNally who ran the club from top to bottom but hey I'm only a fan - what do I know! No surprise he has got us down to lose either.

He also says he's "concerned" about us

Cheers for your concern you chuckle brother ****, now **** off!

    I ****ing hate the guy

He also said QPR are "improving slowly" and would avoid a relegation battle

Who's paying this arsehole!? It's one for the BBC to go "old yeller" on him, he's clearly ****ing lost it

Shearer's the same, even Chris Goreham (and he works for the BBC), was slating him last night on the McVeigh and Butler show. Chris seems to think that Shearer might have a hidden agenda as it was Chris Hughton who took over the mess he left at Newcastle ! Not so sure I go along with that, but it makes you think ...:emoticon-0145-shake

beef, he's also oblivious to the fact that most clubs are improving as new players setlle in, not just QPR <doh>

just ignore him, the guy is a fool full of the same cliches every week, and most people know that.

Off topic, but did anyone catch Paul McVeigh on talkSPORT last Saturday evening ? Caught me by surprise as he was hosting with Ian Danter (I think?) on their 'Kick-Off' programme. Don't know if he's got a regular gig there as nothing has been mentioned about it before or after the show ?

Don't get me wrong, the BBC need to seriously shake up their football punditry team, but that can start with Butler himself! He's worse than the lot of them in my opinion. :)

As I said a couple of days a go, get rid of Lawrenson, Hansen, Shearer and co, then bring in Rosenior and bring back Dixon.

They need Chris Goreham as a match of the day commentator! That would be epic!

Luckily I don't even read his predictions just the same as I never read astrologists. Just ignore them. You can't escape them on MOTD but luckily I have SKY and they are far less arrogant and far more in the now then the other lot. In fact I don't watch MOTD but do watch the Football League Show. Lets face it, thats where the real football is played anyway. A crowd of 5K at Exeter is far more impressive to me than the 76K foreigners at Old Trafford.

"But, as well as that, Lambert's approach was completely different. He ran the club from top to bottom whereas Chris is just a really good coach."

the above sentence illustrates exactly how ill-informed lawro is about our club. to suggest that lambert was more hands-on' than hughton... <doh>

its the complete opposite you pillock!! hughton is the one who is hands-on, lambert left everything to his trusted coaches.

what a total waste of license paying money <doh>

I get the distinct impression that Shearer is actually being groomed to take over from Lineker <doh>. He is more to the forefront than last season. Whoever is in charge of BBC TV sports broadcasting has long since lost the plot.

Absolutely right. Lambert didn't run the club with a rod of iron, I don't he was even here the whole week I think he commuted from Scotland. Day to day was handled like Culverhouse.

I'd say Hughton is far more hands on. He takes sessions gets really involved with the lads. Certainly more engaged with the club.

Does anyone know how much the beeb actually pays this **** to come up with the unqualified **** he seems to every single week?

I don't hate many people in this life, very few at all in fact, but this smug bastard is something else and I'd absolutely love to punch the ****er full square in his ugly, miserable face.

I've heard they're all paid between £10k-£40k per show! No wonder the BBC are having to make cuts!

I saw recently that Hansen/Captain Scarlett is on £40k per episode of MOTD, so I imagine buffoon-breath won't be too far behind <doh>

I wish they would get rid of the chaff that is the current panel of 'experts' and replace them with more people in the mould of Dixon. I enjoy watching proper game analysis, but nothing these people - Shearer/Hansen/Lawrenson - have to say is worth listening to and Lineker, while a personable chap, is nothing more than an autocue monkey.
