    These are the current prices:
    Blackburn 1/5
    QPR 11/8
    Bolton 11/8
    Wigan 3/1
    Aston Villa 5/1
This is how tight it has become,it really is any two from five!

I take it those are the odds on staying up Hammer?

Not a betting man meself but looks like they reckon it's out of us and Bolton. I'd have thought neutrals would be more inclined to back Bolton given the games we've got left...

No Brix those are the odds to go down. They're more or less saying Blackburn are doomed, and Bolton and ourselves are in an identical situation with Wigan just better off.Villa are the least likely to be relegated in their eyes, but after tonight i'm not as convinced!

Me neither mate. Villa were streets ahead of the rest of us a coupla three weeks back. Now it's down to a two point gap and a gd of just 4 or 5 with game in hand gone. They've got Spurs at home and West Brom and Norwich away. I reckon their chances of going down are about the same as the others. Reckon their fans would agree - can't be a happy camp can it (unlike ours!!).

When doing a quick predictor i came up with all five of us on 37 pts ! Our goal difference and Villa's will save us !

I did the BBC one and had Wigan, us and Villa on 37 - Wigan worst GD, Bolton clear and Blackburn down

All very nice predictions but we gotta beat Stoke and get a point from either Man city or Chelsea! We can worry about other results after weve done that. Being realistic though,I just cant see us getting anything from Chels/City:(

Chelsea players are going to be shattered after 80 mins playing the best side in the world with 10 men......they also have a FA cup and Champions League Final to think about......we have a very real chance of getting at least 1 point against them.

It's hard to say. We're decimated with injuries and suspensions but think we'll rest a few.

I think it's far better to play a first team at 80% than a 2nd/3rd string at 100%.

    No Luiz
    No Cahill
    No Ivanovic

    If I were Sparky I'd play 4-4-2.

Got to agree with you on that one District if we get beat I would rather see us trying to play more attacking than trying to defend for 90 mins, however it is easlier said than done. Give us a point now and we will rip your arm off :)

Indeed....go out attack and try get an early goal....then do the good old Chelsea formation of 11-0-0 which worked so niceley against barca! :)

My opinion is that teams that come to Stamford Bridge looking for a draw get picked off, the best results here in recent years have come from Arsenal and Sunderland (last season) who basically went 4-4-2 and all out attack, Villa's win was a fluke.

A Team that seems safe always goes down,it could be the villa, the way there playing they may not get another point.

I have a feeling that Villa could lose all three remaining matches, but maybe that is wishful thinking.

Agreed...however, I dont agree that a win and a draw are required. I think 3 more points will do it to be honest. If we beat Stoke, we will have enough points to keep us up. Alternatively, 3 draws will do ) So much depends on the teams around us unfortunately, so much so that my predictions are changing on a daily/weekly basis! Whilst it is fun to go through the predictions, it does seem pretty pointless with the amount of random and unexpected results we have seen lately!!

Beat Stoke and we will finish above Villa.....they will get 1 point Max from their remaining 3...they have to play WBA and Norwich away....both tough places and Spurs at Home.....we beat Spuds, but are on the up...especially at Home.....cant see Villa doing that.
