My (late) Rochdale review. I went to the game and it was a canny day out. first half we should have pretty much wrapped up the game 3 or 4 nil. Then we could have seen the likes of sorenson come on. but no...newcastle always have to do it the hard way. First of all i wish to never see Joelinton in an nufc shirt again, especially the number 9. We need to get rid of him ASAP, hopefully we buy a striker in jan, and he leaves. But i dont see that happening. Rochdale defenders didnt really have that much to defend with him being upfront, he was lazy, didnt press, touches were awful, shots were weak, struggled to hold the ball up (like every game) and missed 2 open goals. He is by fat the worst striker we have ever had - and thats saying something. dubravka kept us in the game with some great stops, or rochdale could have won 2-1 or 3-1. atsu played well (because league 1 is his level). Other than that he goes missing in prem games. I also though krafth and yedlin played okay. have no idea what to think about muto, needs more game time maybe? I see a thumping at wolves, very strong, fast paced team. 4-1 wolves.
Muto hasn't been given any chances at all at the club. Either a) give him a chance or b) for the sake of his career let him move on
Muto also looks ****. Weaker than piss, headless, hard to know what he’s doing or where he’s playing.
He's played 24 times for us so far, isn't that a few chances? Was Luque not given enough chances? We should offload him now, I'd doubt it'll bite us in the ass like Jon Dahl Tomasson and Luuk De Jong.
