I made some onion Bajis earlier...dipped into the bowl twice since and also had a chocolate muffin...I blame the 3 Spliffs I've had this evening I don't have a particular snack of choice...depends what is available. Not sure. Isnt Pathia one of those curries that only Brits like? Like Korma and Tikka Masala? And how come "Indian" Restaurants don't actually do Indian food, its all Bengali!!
Is it **** all Bengali..i can tell you are from an area surrounded by Bengalis..they sell Bengali curries under the guise of 'Indian' food. You get the odd one like that but a seasoned Curry man can tell the difference a mile off. I think Bengali curries are cack mate, watery and devoid of any real punch. Come up North, i'll show you some real Indian/Pakistani food.
