Had to take a wee trip to A&E last night . Doing my knight in shining armour bit. By **** that's an eye opener. Wishaw general was like the bar in star wars. God bless those poor NHS workers if that's a normal Thursday night. They deserve every penny they earn and probably a fair bit more.
They certainly do. I dont understand why they just dont go on strike and say pay us what we are worth or die in your own vomit.
We did a job at Wishaw general a while ago and by ****, what a sight it was. Never have I seen so many ****s, strays and mutants in one place. It's the sight of grown men and woman walking about in football strips which was a real eye opener for this Bear.
A doctor examining a woman who had been rushed to A&E, took the husband aside, and said, 'I don't like the looks of your wife at all.' 'Me neither doc,' said the husband. 'But she's a great cook and really good with the kids.'
Last time I was in A&E (Glasgow Royal) several years back, we waited for 3 hours to see a Nurse/Doctor whist a queue of jakies and junkie scumbags took priority. I'm not judgemental but i'd leave these drunken/stoned ****s to die in a ****-filled gutter. Real people should not have to share a planet with these dregs of humanity, let alone a waiting room in a Hospital.
Very true would pay the €100 or so and go private to avoid that scenario, the care is fine but the waiting around for hours does me in.Have you noticed you never see pots stuck on heads anymore, how did that happen?
