We have quite a young squad all over the pitch with the exception of our central defence. I would say we have three excellent centre backs but all in their thirties.

Brown when fit is excellent, however he seems more injured than not and this situation isn't going to improve.

O'shea again for me is excellent. He stays fit better than Brown I'm not sure how many seasons he has left?

Crueller has seemed excellent so far.

However all three are relatively slow. So we can't play too high a line. Does this stop us imposing ourself further up the field?

While I think we are covered this season can we bring youth in to gain from their experience.

All three may well retire at the same time. Any thoughts?

I think Brown and O'shea have at least 2 years left in them, meaning we have plenty of time

However I do agree, with them being 31 and 32, Bramble now being 32, Cuellar 30, we do have to look at younger central defenders and possibly bring in one in january and then one next transfer window...

However Egan and Laing could also do a job for us there
