I know this type of thread has been done time an time again and as such this thread will be spectacularly unoringinal. However I have to say the ref last night was abysmal.The man was totally inept. He books Rosenior for blocking a quick free kick,fair enough the letter of the law states that that is the correct course of action under the circumstances but let's have some consistency eh ? Perhaps he can explain to me how in the name of friggery that long haired prick stayed on the pitch for flagrantly showing dissent as well as consistantly fouling our players. Also isn't sarcastically applauding a decision that goes against you a booking ala their number 10 ? Who was the ref anyway ? Said in the programme Andy D'urso but from where I was it didn't look like him.
Andy Woolmer was the ref, he was awful, didn't allow the game to flow at all, constantly kept given free kicks for nothing fouls. Savage should have gone, he was being a knob all game, constantly trying to get our players booked
You actually got a programme, I got there about five minutes late and tried to get a programme even at half time asked a steward where I could get one and he didn't know or care, so much for the badge on his jacket that reads here to help..fans come first. Just about deserved the 3 points though.
The ref was shocking, consistency flew out the window, what we'd get booked for, he might not even have given a free kick for against them. Nevermind 'If you're names Robbie Savage you're a ****!' (Brilliant song by the way loved that one), their 2 strikers, especially number 7 were going in late and clattering all game long and never even got booked. And their number 20, that massive ape, jesus....
