I would argue that it's more what other teams aren't doing away. We've averaged nearly 2 points per game over the last 20ish games. That's enough for auto promotion over a season.

...although we aren't scoring enough goals at home and turning draws into wins.

City are the only team in the Championship that have not lost a game when scoring first and have not won a game when conceding first.

1.87 points per game over the last eight.

We probably need to do better than that if we're going to nick a play-off place.

And yet 2.17 over the last 6 which probably would be enough. I think the loss of Stewart, the standings of the teams we still have to face and thc gap to 6th put our chances of reaching the play-off at around 5-10%.

The atmospheres lacking at the KC, that's half of it, people need to get some fire in their bellies and shout out for the lads!

We're playing too defensively at home, away it works because teams press and we can get them on the counter.

At home it's as if both teams wait for the other to attack which results in the dire games we've had to endure at the KC this season.

We are too defensive at home, but we're getting results, so I doubt things will change any time soon.

In my opinon, one of the problems is that away from home we have 3000 fans who sing there heart out. At home we have 3000 fans singing there heart and 17000 quiet and the away fans have 2000 fans singing. We all need to be more passionate at home games. Play offs is there, if we raise the roof at the KC.

I'm daring to dream, are you ?

No matter how many times i fill in the BBC results predictor i have the 6th place team finishing on 76 points, 24 needed from 11 games, we simply have to win our remaning 6 home games to have a chance of achieving that total, all 6 look very winnable to me but no doubt tonights game will be the trickiest. We're certainly due a performance against these ****s though.
