Nice try OTIB but it must run deeper than that don't you think. I have long since given up on trying to second guess this lot, and the lot before them even, because logic rarely seems to play a part in our success or failure. The New Year approaches and the difficult tasks are still ahead of us and we need to build on the past 2 matches if the lads are up to the job at hand. Historically I don't think the Christmas/New Year period has been good to us in previous years so the results are a very positive step in the right direction but we cannot let our form slip especially when we have teams that are a lot stronger than in recent matches. The game at Brisbane Road (do Orient still play there and my memory of the ground is seeing Johnny Haynes return to Fulham - yes I am that old) will point our way and if we can sneak a win then I will fancy our chances of staying up. I know it's an old saying but January is key to our survival and points from every game, combined with a cup win over Watford, could see us back in mid-table and breathing a lot easier. The thought of another relegation makes me shiver with fear and at my age that is never a good thing, so I think I will take a two and a half month break in the Canary Islands just to cheer me up. Hasta la Vista.

And me, it's not perfect but I much prefer to be watching a game with a bit of speed to it. Unlike namby bamby pass it to you, to me to you to me around the defenders, whilst the opposition falls into position.
