Technically, deserts have been defined as having less than 10 inches of rain/year, now rounded up in decimal units to 250mm. On that count, the Antarctic wins by a huge margin, I assume ~Wikipedia ...Siberia is the world's biggest human habited desert.

There again, who thinks of deserts as bare frozen Tundra or an icy wilderness? The Sahara is the biggest hot desert

I was recently at the restaurant that adjoins the Premier Inn at Ruddington, Notts, and they served me up a trifle-thingy that was bigger than my head.
